🛠️ Step-by-Step User Guide
1. Batch Information & Custom Logo
The top section is where you set the context for the report.
- Date: The tool automatically picks up today's date. You can edit it if reporting for a previous shift.
- Recipe Code: This field comes with a smart suggestion feature. Just type "13.6" or "Farmer," and a list of standard tire recipes will appear. Select one to fill it instantly.
- Report Logo: Click the "Upload Logo" button to select your company logo from your device. Once uploaded, you will see a confirmation ("✓ Loaded"). This logo will appear beautifully centered on your final PDF report.
2. Machine Settings (Dancer & Conveyor)
This section captures the operational parameters of the extruder.
- Dancer Settings: Enter the Position (%) and Pressure (%) for all 9 dancer points.
- Conveyor Speeds: Input the speed (mpm) for various sections like Line Speed, Takeaway, Shrinkage units, etc. The "Shrinkage Factor" is pre-set for relevant rows.

3. Trammel Study (The Core Calculation)

- Base Value: By default, the base measurement is set to 500mm. You can change this if your standard differs.
- Input Measurements: Enter the measured length (in mm) for each stage (e.g., Shrinkage-4, Warm Scale, Before Poly, etc.).

- The tool calculates the Percentage Factor.
- It determines if the material status is "Shrinkage" or "Stretch".
